We are Asset based Carrier Company based at Bakersfield, Calefornia. We are looking for a dispatcher who can handle end to end operation related to logistic Business. The role requires strong communication skills as well as excellent organisational and management skills. Candidate needs to have a keen eye for detail and are skilled at problem-solving and decision-making that ensures on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
- Load Booking after negotiating best possible Rates to ensure profitability.
- Driver Planning & Dispatching of the Load
- Making/Receiving Calls from Drivers & Brokers to maintain clear communication.
- Track & trace of all the vehicles to meet ETA.
- Ensuring HoS and log book maintenance of Drivers through ELD
- Handling On Road/Off Road maintenance of the Trucks & Trailers & maintaining proper record.
- Billing Support wherever required.
Qualifications
- Experience required: 4+ years in Logistics
- Excellent communication skill
- Graduation Must
