Position :- Dispatch Executive
Years of Experience :- 1 to 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, schedule, and execute dispatch activities as per production and customer requirements.
* Prepare dispatch documents such as challans, invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, and delivery notes.
* Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams for on-time dispatch.
* Ensure proper packing, labelling, and handling of sheet metal components/products.
* Monitor vehicle loading/unloading and ensure compliance with safety standards.
* Maintain records of dispatched materials, vehicle movements, and pending deliveries.
* Track shipments and coordinate with transporters for smooth delivery.
* Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,372.42 - ₹27,575.93 per month
