The Role

As a Digital Solutions Consultant with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

• Design, Develop, and Maintain Web Applications: This covers the core responsibility of building and maintaining web applications using .NET and Angular frameworks.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Working with other teams (e.g., designers, product managers, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write Clean, Scalable, and Efficient Code: Writing code that follows best practices and coding standards to ensure it is clean, scalable, and efficient.
• Troubleshoot, Debug, and Optimize Application Performance: Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues to ensure the application performs optimally
• Participate in Code Reviews: Reviewing code written by peers to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team.
• Ensure Technical Feasibility of UI/UX Designs: Assessing and implementing UI/UX designs to ensure they are technically feasible and effectively implemented.
• Stay Updated with Industry Trends and Best Practices: Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and development practices.

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Full Stack Developer with 3 to 4 years of expertise in .NET and Angular
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
• Extensive experience with Angular (preferably Angular 2+).
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing to ensure high-quality code. Debug and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain application performance and reliability.
•  Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and a flexible mindset to handle a quickly changing culture.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•  Professional and open communication to all internal and external interfaces.
• Accurately report to management in a timely and effective manner.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with other front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g., React).
