Printing Unit Supervisor!
We’re looking for a skilled Supervisor for our Printing Unit with hands-on experience across various printing processes (offset, digital, screen printing, etc.). The ideal candidate will have proven experience in supervising and maintaining quality control in a printing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee in-house printing operations, ensuring optimal quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers for external jobs while ensuring alignment with internal quality standards.
- Monitor and manage all stages of production to maintain timelines and standards.
- Work closely with the team to resolve any technical issues that arise during the printing process.
- Ensure all safety and operational standards are adhered to.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of printing materials, techniques, and processes.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a printing unit.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the production process.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and workflows.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a printing environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
