Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Generation & Funnel Optimization: Launch and manage digital campaigns that generate qualified leads across channels (search, social, email). Continuously improve conversion funnels to increase MQL → SQL → Win rates.
- Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta to maximize ROI. Experiment with copy, targeting, and landing pages to lower CPA.
- Content Strategy & Campaigns: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling digital content (infographics, videos, blogs, email journeys) that differentiates our value proposition and addresses customer pain points.
- Marketing Automation & CRM Integration: Design and execute lifecycle campaigns, retargeting flows, and ABM programs using tools like Lemlist, Mailchimp, or Hubspot. Ensure seamless lead capture and handoff to Sales.
- Analytics & Insights: Set up dashboards and track campaign metrics. Derive insights to inform real-time campaign adjustments and strategic decisions.
- Retention & Loyalty: Design remarketing, reactivation, and customer nurture campaigns to increase LTV and reduce churn.

Qualifications
- Have 5 - 7 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or B2B SaaS growth
- Think in funnels, speak in metrics, and dream in conversion rates
- Know how to turn customer pain points into high-performing campaigns
- Are comfortable owning performance targets like CPL, CAC, and ROAS
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, tools, and algorithms
- Communicate clearly, write well, and enjoy working in cross-functional teams
- Want to grow in a high-impact role where results are visible and celebrated
