We are expanding our Sales & Business Development team and looking for two dynamic professionals who are passionate about digital marketing, client engagement, and driving business growth.
Role Summary
As a Sales & Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term partnerships. You will work across inbound and outbound sales channels to promote our suite of digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive inbound sales by converting leads generated through organic and performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, etc.)
- Execute outbound sales strategies including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Understand client business needs and pitch customized digital marketing solutions (SEO, SMM, Paid Ads, Branding, Website Design & Development)
- Collaborate with the internal strategy and marketing teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing
- Maintain CRM systems, sales trackers, and reporting dashboards
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
