1. Digital Marketing /IT/ EDP Executive (Electronic Data Processing) Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Manage and update dealership website and landing pages.
- Handle SEO & SEM to increase online traffic.
- Manage social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Monitor online reviews and reputation.
- Coordinate with sales and CRM teams for digital leads.
- Analyze website & campaign performance through tools like Google Analytics.
- Email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp/SMS marketing.
- Keep up with industry trends and competition's digital strategy.
EDP
- Data entry & update in DMS (Dealer Management System).
- Maintain vehicle stock, service records, spare parts updates.
- Support in invoicing, RO generation, and job card updates.
- Generate regular MIS reports for sales, service, and inventory.
- Assist in online warranty claims and service history uploads.
- Coordinate with OEM portals for data uploads or corrections.
- Maintain backup of critical data and ensure system accuracy.
3. IT
- Manage network and internet connectivity across departments.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware (computers, printers, CCTV).
- Install, update, and manage software licenses and antivirus.
- Regularly backup dealership data and DMS systems.
- Troubleshoot DMS/ERP system issues in coordination with vendors.
- Ensure cybersecurity protocols are followed.
- Support biometric/attendance systems and intercom setups.
- Manage dealership email and domain configurations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,934.63 - ₹13,616.67 per month
