Roles & Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aimed at increasing brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the team to align digital strategies with overall business goals.
2. Content Creation & Management
- Develop high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms, including:
- Blog posts and articles
- Newsletters
- Social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Short-form and long-form videos
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice and guidelines.
3. SEO & SEM Optimization
- Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings (SEO).
- Manage and monitor paid search campaigns (SEM) to increase website visibility and drive targeted traffic.
4. Email Marketing
- Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns, including:
- Regular newsletters
- Promotional offers
- Automated email sequences (welcome emails, drip campaigns, etc.)
- Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to refine email strategies.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Skills & Tools You May Use:
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager
- SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
- Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
