We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing Executive cum Trainer to join our team. This role is designed for freshers who have a passion for digital marketing and are willing to learn, implement, and also guide students/trainees in understanding the basics of digital marketing. The candidate will be trained in all aspects of digital marketing and will simultaneously contribute to company projects while mentoring fresh learners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Execution
Assist in creating and managing social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Support in SEO, SEM, and keyword research to improve website ranking.
Work on email marketing campaigns, content creation, and blog posting.
Coordinate with design and content teams to develop engaging marketing materials.
Monitor and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
2. Mentoring & Training Support
Guide students/trainees on the basics of digital marketing tools and techniques.
Support the training team in delivering workshops and practical sessions.
Resolve queries of students and provide hands-on assistance in live projects.
Motivate and encourage learners to complete assignments and practice tasks.
3. Learning & Development
Continuously upgrade digital marketing knowledge and skills.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and strategies in digital marketing.
Actively participate in company’s marketing strategy discussions and implementation.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Content Marketing (training will be provided).
Good communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others learn.
Creativity, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn new tools.
Basic understanding of MS Office, Canva, and online tools is an added advantage.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree
Digital Marketing certification (mandatory).
