Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who can also provide accounting assistance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns. This hybrid role requires both creativity and accuracy, making it ideal for someone who is both digitally savvy and numerically sound.
Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
- Design and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Develop and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Monitor and report performance metrics (traffic, leads, engagement, etc.).
- Manage and optimize paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Maintain and update the company website (basic content management).
- Coordinate with designers and external vendors for marketing materials.
Accounts Assistance:
- Assist in invoice preparation, submission, and follow-up.
- Maintain records of marketing-related expenses and ensure proper documentation.
- Support basic data entry into accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Help with reconciliations, petty cash, and expense reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for payments and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
- Experience in digital marketing; basic accounting knowledge preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp).
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting software (e.g., MS Office, etc) is a plus.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Preferred:
- Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
