Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive & Content Creator to lead our online marketing efforts and develop engaging content that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in travel and tourism marketing, strong digital expertise, and creative content development skills across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid ads.
- Manage and optimize the company’s website for better visibility, speed, and user experience.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to increase bookings and inquiries.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools, providing insights and improvement plans.
- Manage online reputation and customer engagement through timely responses to reviews, comments, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithms.
Content Creation
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Write compelling copy for ads, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Produce reels, and stories tailored for digital campaigns.
- Design visually appealing creatives using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand brand reach and visibility.
- Ensure content reflects the brand’s voice, resonates with target audiences, and supports lead conversion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and content creation, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and email marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of social media management, trends, and engagement strategies.
- Experience with website management and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative writing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of travel booking platforms and lead conversion strategies.
- Experience in video editing, influencer collaborations, and campaign storytelling.
- Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Understanding of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹19,998.34 per month
