Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive who will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to build brand awareness, attract new customers, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimization various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.).
- Lead branding initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage SEO/SEM, paid ads, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- Oversee content creation (blogs, social media, website, creatives).
- Conduct market research to analyse trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
- Monitor and report marketing performance metrics (ROI, conversions, lead generation).
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize marketing budget.
- Oversee inventory management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in e-commerce or consumer brands.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making ability.
- Proficient in MS-Excel
