Job Description:
7xgrowth (A Unit of Shivaay) is looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to support our performance marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for digital growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze KPIs, and suggest improvements to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
- Support budget management and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
- Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement and refine campaign strategies.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid advertising.
- Working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Previous agency or in-house experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
