Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on sales conversion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies to generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into sales. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for driving revenue through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Generate, qualify, and convert sales leads through online marketing efforts.
- Develop and optimize landing pages, sales funnels, and email marketing campaigns.
- Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
- Manage social media content, engagement, and paid ads to promote offers and services.
- Analyze customer behavior and trends to adjust targeting and messaging.
- Conduct SEO/SEM to drive organic and paid traffic.
- Assist in content creation (blogs, banners, videos, etc.) that supports lead generation and conversion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or online sales.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead nurturing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital sales funnels and consumer behavior.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
