Google Ads, PPC, GMB & SEO Expert
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Google Ads (PPC), SEO (On-page & Off-page), and Google My Business (GMB) optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, generating leads, and improving our online visibility across search engines and local platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Google Ads & PPC:
Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Remarketing, Shopping).
Monitor ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Optimize ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Perform comprehensive site audits and implement on-page SEO (meta tags, schema, content optimization).
Build authority with effective link-building strategies (off-page SEO).
Monitor rankings, traffic, and keyword performance using SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console).
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes.
Research and write SEO-friendly blog posts to improve keyword rankings and brand authority.
Post and engage in relevant forums, Q&A sites (Quora, Reddit, niche communities) to build credibility and generate referral traffic.
Collaborate with content writers/designers to ensure blog posts align with PPC & SEO campaigns.
Track blog performance (traffic, engagement, leads) and optimize accordingly.
3. Google My Business (GMB):
Optimize GMB listing for local SEO & visibility.
Manage reviews, Q&A, and business updates.
Increase local ranking in Google Maps & local pack.
4. Analytics & Reporting:
Provide weekly/monthly reports on performance metrics (CTR, ROI, leads, keyword rankings).
Suggest growth strategies backed by data.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in managing Google Ads/PPC campaigns with measurable ROI.
Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO).
Hands-on experience with Google My Business optimization.
Proficiency in tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends & Google updates.
Stay updated on Generative AI tools
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in PPC, SEO & GMB optimization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
