Job Responsibilities:
- Google & Social Media Ads (PPC):
- Create and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads campaigns
- Optimize campaigns for ROI, leads & conversions
- Track and report performance regularly
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
- Keyword research and implementation
- On-page & Off-page SEO optimization
- Link building & technical SEO improvements
- Monitor website ranking and organic traffic growth
- Content Creation & Marketing:
- Write SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and ad copies
- Create engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
- Coordinate with design team for creatives (posters, banners, reels)
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Basic skills in content writing (English/Hindi mix preferred)
- Understanding of YouTube SEO and social media campaigns
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Knowledge of Hindu rituals, festivals, and religious/spiritual content marketing
- Experience with Canva / Photoshop for basic graphics
- Email Marketing & WhatsApp Marketing knowledge
