Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Drive lead generation campaigns specifically for real estate projects and track ROI.
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Handle social media management, content planning, and community engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting tools.
- Create and manage engaging content (ads, creatives, videos, blogs) aligned with brand positioning.
- Coordinate with creative, sales, and external agencies/vendors for campaign execution.
- Manage marketing budgets, track spends, and ensure cost-effective digital promotions.
- Research competitors and market trends to optimize strategies.
- Support offline marketing and event promotions with digital amplification.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing (real estate industry experience preferred).
- Hands-on knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram promotions, LinkedIn campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM tools, and marketing automation.
- Creative mindset with ability to design campaign briefs and coordinate with designers.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results under deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
