We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in email marketing, content creation, paid ad campaigns, lead generation, and overall digital marketing strategies. You will play a key role in driving online presence, generating quality leads, and supporting brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing:
- Plan, create, and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Analyze email performance and optimize for better open and click-through rates.
- Content Creation:
- Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
- Work closely with design and product teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Ads Campaign Management:
- Set up and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Assist in planning and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies.
- Track marketing metrics and report on campaign performance.
- Lead Generation:
- Execute lead generation strategies through SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media.
- Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team with detailed tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot).
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other PPC platforms.
- Strong content writing and editing skills.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
- Certifications in digital marketing platforms (Google, Meta, HubSpot) are a bonus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
