Role: Digital Marketing Executive (Specially in Meta Ads)
Location: Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You will be responsible for planning, creating, optimizing, and analyzing paid ad campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions across Meta platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
- Create and manage ad creatives, copy, A/B tests, and audience segments.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance KPIs such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword and audience research to improve ad targeting.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
- Coordinate with the design and content team for campaign assets.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes, ad policy updates, and best practices on Meta platforms.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently with daily and monthly spend tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and Events Manager.
- Good understanding of performance marketing and funnel strategies.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Creative mindset with a focus on results and ROI.
