Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies
- Create and maintain a detailed content calendar
- Manage day-to-day posting across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
- Monitor performance, analyze insights, and optimize accordingly
- Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm changes
Content Writing
- Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned captions, blogs, and ad copy
- Work closely with the design team to align visuals with written content
- Craft compelling headlines, CTAs, and SEO-friendly copy for web and social
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, tone, and structure
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and tools
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
- Eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
