Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and monitor online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Manage SEO/SEM activities to improve website ranking and organic reach
- Create engaging social media content calendars and manage postings
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with insights & recommendations
- Email marketing campaign planning and execution (newsletters, drip campaigns)
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure brand consistency across campaigns
Graphic Design
- Design creatives for social media posts, ads, website banners, and emailers
- Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, infographics, and product sheets
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
- Create video content, reels, and motion graphics when required
- Edit and optimize images for digital platforms
- Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
- 0-1 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios may apply)
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools & platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, etc.)
- Understanding of current social media trends and digital best practices
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills
