Job Description:
- Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, including but not limited to SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Manage Website and Content: Oversee the company's website, ensuring it is up to date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines. Develop and optimize engaging and high-quality content across various digital channels to drive traffic, enhance user experience, and encourage conversions.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, analyze website traffic, and implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility on search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalized messaging, and automation, to nurture leads, drive conversions, and foster customer loyalty.
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive traffic to the website. Manage social media platforms, create compelling content, monitor social media trends, and engage in community management.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze website performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior. Generate regular reports and actionable insights to optimize digital marketing efforts and achieve KPIs.
- Budget Management: Plan and manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources appropriately to achieve marketing goals and deliver a positive ROI.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Apply new ideas and innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition and drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and content, to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and a seamless customer journey across various digital touchpoints.
- Streamline and execute internal marketing communication via emails in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Strategize, execute, evaluate, and optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Manage agencies and other relevant vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing collaterals.
- On-board relevant agencies, wherever required.
