Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate bills/invoices for customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper verification of sales orders, delivery challans, and related documents.
- Coordinate with the productions, operations and sales team to schedule and track dispatches.
- Maintain dispatch records and ensure proper documentation for deliveries.
- Follow up with transporters/couriers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Handle queries related to billing, dispatch, and delivery status.
- Reconcile dispatch and billing data with accounts team for accuracy.
- Maintain systematic filing of invoices, challans, and dispatch records for audit/compliance purposes.
- Assist in stock verification and reporting discrepancies, if any.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
