Job Description:
Join as a Desktop Support Technician to help users with PC issues remotely using tools like AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in resolving driver errors, software crashes, and blue screen errors.
- Perform system tune-ups and malware scans remotely.
- Offer and upsell premium diagnostic or repair plans.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Windows-based systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and interpersonal communication skills.

Pay: ₹19,803.70 - ₹34,769.95 per month
