Job Summary:
We are hiring an L2 Desktop Support Engineer to handle escalated IT support issues, ensure system reliability, and provide excellent end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Manage escalations from L1 support and resolve within SLA.
- Support Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Handle user account setup, profile management, and remote support.
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure compliance with support processes.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of desktop support experience (L2 level).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
