Social Media Handling
- Manage and grow brand presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.).
- Plan and schedule posts, reels, and stories aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to improve reach.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community.
- Track analytics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
Digital Marketing
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email marketing, PPC, influencer collaborations).
- Run paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for ROI and lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research, website traffic analysis, and competitor research.
- Support in driving online sales, brand awareness, and lead conversion.
Designing
- Create visually appealing creatives, banners, posters, infographics, and ad designs.
- Design engaging social media graphics, event promotions, and marketing materials.
- Edit videos/reels for social media.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline materials.
- Work closely with marketing team to translate ideas into creative outputs.
- Must know the tools like Photoshop and CorelDRAW
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, MultiMedia or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in social media handling, digital marketing, or designing.
- Strong portfolio of past campaigns and creative work.
