Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging visual content across various media (social media, presentations, web, print, etc.)
- Collaborate with teams to conceptualize and design graphics aligned with brand guidelines
- Translate briefs into high-quality visuals, ensuring clarity, consistency, and creativity
- Prepare design assets for campaigns, events, and internal use
- Revise designs based on feedback in a timely and efficient manner
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
- Assist in maintaining and evolving the brand’s visual identity
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of professional designing experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools (Figma, Canva, etc.)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work (branding, social media, marketing materials, etc.)
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Experience with UI/UX or web design tools (Figma, Sketch)
- Familiarity with social media content trends
