Job Title: Demand Generation Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Demand Generation Executive to join our team and drive business development in the Building Information Modeling (BIM) space. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, promoting advanced BIM services, and growing our presence in the USA AEC market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with decision-makers in architecture firms, general contractors, MEP contractors, consultants, and 3D laser scanning companies.
- Develop and implement lead generation and sales strategies tailored to target markets.
- Promote our full range of BIM services, including 3D modeling, clash detection, scan-to-BIM, 4D/5D simulations, and digital twins.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Use data extraction tools to maintain an accurate, up-to-date client database.
- Perform outbound outreach through cold calls, LinkedIn, and email to generate qualified leads.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 1+ years in demand generation, business development, or sales (preferably in AEC or tech services)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with outbound sales tactics (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns)
- Familiarity with BIM or construction tech services is a strong plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
