- 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in logistics or delivery operations.
- Salary - 19,000 to 20,000 Per Month
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with delivery management software and tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions.
Responsibilities
