Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with Accelaronix’s standards
- Serve as primary client point of contact, building trust through transparent and proactive communication
- Coordinate across internal teams—Business Analysts, Designers, Developers, QA, and Digital Marketing—to meet delivery timelines
- Define project scope, create delivery roadmaps, and manage milestones across multiple concurrent projects
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate risks or project issues
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to deliver within scope
- Uphold quality assurance through coordination with QA and engagement in UAT
- Conduct regular client check-ins, status updates, and feedback sessions
- Optimize delivery workflows and continuously improve efficiency and methodology
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline
- 3–6 years of project management or delivery leadership experience in IT services or software development
- Strong command of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) frameworks; PMP/Prince2 or Agile certifications an advantage
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management tools
- Understanding of development lifecycle, digital solutions, and experience working with remote/hybrid teams
