- Ensure prompt and safe delivery of IT & Surveillance equipment, accessories, and related products to clients across the assigned area.
- Maintain professional behavior while delivering products and assisting clients with basic inquiries.
- Verify and handle items carefully during transit to ensure no damage or loss.
- Assist in the installation of CCTV, access control solutions, biometric systems, and intercoms (EPABX).
- Align and position cameras for optimal coverage; configure network settings for remote monitoring.
- Conduct regular system checks to ensure proper functionality and address potential issues proactively.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with surveillance equipment, including connectivity problems.
- Maintain accurate records of system configurations, installations, and maintenance activities.
- Work closely with IT and security teams to integrate systems with the organization's infrastructure and enhance security.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum SSC/High School Pass. Technical certifications in IT or electronics will be a plus.
- Experience: Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and IT hardware/software is preferred. Delivery experience is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Familiarity with networking and surveillance systems.
- Good time management and customer service skills.
- Should be fit to handle both delivery and technical tasks.
