Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day computer operations and data entry tasks.
- Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
- Work extensively on MS Excel (Advanced level) – data analysis, MIS reports, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Assist management in documentation, email drafting, and correspondence.
- Manage office records (soft copy & hard copy) with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with team members and provide administrative support when required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.).
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Typing speed with accuracy.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (any stream).
- 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Computer Operator / Data Entry / MIS Executive.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
