About the Role:
We are seeking a data-driven and research-oriented Intern to support the CEO in gathering insights, preparing reports, and presenting key data to support decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about data analysis, real estate trends, and converting raw data into actionable insights through research and visualization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data research and gather relevant information related to the real estate industry, including market trends, pricing, demand-supply metrics, and more.
- Perform data analysis using Excel or relevant tools to derive meaningful insights from internal and external data sources.
- Create dashboards, charts, and graphical presentations to visually communicate data trends and patterns.
- Assist the CEO in preparing presentations and executive-level reports with clear insights and data-backed narratives.
- Perform web scraping and data gathering from public or third-party sources using manual or automated methods.
- Support in competitor analysis, benchmarking, and creating data-driven comparisons.
- Stay updated with real estate market developments, policy changes, and emerging data trends.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
- Basic experience with data scraping tools, APIs, or Python (preferred, not mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to present complex data in a simple, clear, and visual format.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in the real estate sector or willingness to learn its dynamics.
