Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data accurately into computer databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
- Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update records in accordance with company procedures.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Review and cross-check information for errors or inconsistencies.
- Generate reports as needed for management and other departments.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
- Follow data integrity and security policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
