- Data Input & Management: Accurately enter and update data in systems, including product specifications, inventory levels, customer details, and sales transactions.
- Data Quality Control: Verify the accuracy and consistency of data entries, identify discrepancies, and perform regular quality checks.
- Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and detailed records of jewellery items, including weight, metal purity, gemstone details, and pricing.
- Confidentiality & Security: Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive customer and business information.
- Reporting: Help organize and prepare reports based on the data for management.
- System Maintenance: Update and maintain the integrity of company databases and ERP systems.
Preferred Experience & Knowledge
- Industry Experience:Preferably 1-3 years of data entry experience, with a preference for the jewellery industry.
- Jewellery Terminology:Familiarity with jewellery-related terms like purity, weight, and gemstone types is advantageous.
Skills and Qualifications
- Computer Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant office software, as well as familiarity with jewellery or database management systems.
