We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to manage and update records related to jewellery inventory, billing, and production. The ideal candidate should be accurate, organized, and familiar with jewellery-related terminology and software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter product details such as item codes, descriptions, weights, and pricing into the system.
- Maintain and update inventory records for gold, diamonds, gemstones, and finished jewellery.
- Ensure accuracy of data in software such as Excel, Tally, or ERP systems.
- Coordinate with production, accounts, and sales teams for timely and correct data entry.
- Generate barcodes, invoices, and stock reports as required.
- Perform regular checks to identify and correct data errors or discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of all records.
Requirements:
- Minimum HSC or Graduate in any stream.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or jewellery software.
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Strong attention to detail and typing accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery terms (e.g., purity, weight, stone types) is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
