Job Title: Data Entry Operator

We are hiring a Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and experience in accurately entering data. This role involves working closely with the operations team to ensure timely shipment documentation and data management.
Hiring Specifications:
- Typing Speed: At least 30 to 40 words per minute with minimal errors.
- Excel Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with the team.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in data entry.
- Gender: Male candidates only.
- Police Verification: Mandatory for all staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately enter all shipment details into the company’s software as per company guidelines.
- Error Reporting: If errors are found, promptly inform the branch supervisor for correction.
- Daily Pre-Alerts: Send daily pre-alerts to the operations hub for all shipments sent from the branch.
- Cross-Checking: Ensure shipments have reached the operational hub on time.
- Delay Notifications: Notify the supervisor immediately in case of delays.
- Document Verification: Check shipment documents, including invoices and KYC. If an invoice is missing, create one as per the customer.
- Packing and Dispatching: Assist the loader in packing and dispatching shipments from the branch to the operations hub.
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month
