Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain accurate data within our systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data into various computer systems and databases.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents and correct any discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical records for easy retrieval.
- Generate routine reports and summaries as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with administrative duties.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment’s.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
