Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter student data, exam records, attendance, and other academic information into internal systems.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and digital records regularly.
- Verify and correct data as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with generating reports related to student performance, course enrollment, and faculty inputs.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure timely collection and entry of data.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of student and institutional records.
- Perform data cleanup and quality checks to eliminate duplication or errors.
- Assist in digitization and scanning of physical documents where required.
Preferred:
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), ERP systems, or student information systems (SIS).
- Familiarity with basic academic processes and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A degree in computer applications is a plus.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator, clerk, or similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic database software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good typing speed (minimum 35–40 WPM preferred).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
