Patliputra Hospital is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our administrative team. The candidate will play an important role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in maintaining hospital records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain patient records and hospital data.
- Prepare and manage reports, documents, and files.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth flow of information.
- Assist in administrative tasks as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.
- Typing speed: Minimum 30–40 words per minute.
- Previous experience in hospital/healthcare setup will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position.
- Should be comfortable with rotational shifts if required.
