Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and creative D2C Performance Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms for our direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand portfolio. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition, improve ROAS, and support overall funnel performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms for D2C brands.
- Manage daily budgets, bid strategies, ad placements, and audience targeting to maximize ROAS.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, generating actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with platform changes, best practices, and emerging tools/technologies.
- Run A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Analyze customer journey data to enhance funnel performance and retention metrics.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience running and scaling campaigns on Meta ads and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of managing significant monthly ad budgets with high ROI.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance data (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.).
- Experience working with D2C brands.
- Familiarity with Shopify, or other D2C tools (preferred).
- Plus: Experience in the health and wellness industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
