- 11+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity consulting or enterprise security roles
- Proven expertise in security frameworks, architecture design, and risk management
- Strong understanding of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), endpoint protection, and SIEM/SOAR platforms
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-aligned strategies
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance
- Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and strategies
- Analyze threats and vulnerabilities to proactively mitigate risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess organizational security needs
- Oversee incident response and disaster recovery planning
- Train staff on security protocols and best practices
- Conduct audits and tests to identify weaknesses and ensure system integrity
