Are you passionate about eCommerce and looking to gain hands-on experience in managing a Ecommerce store? We’re looking for a Customer Support & Sales Intern who can help manage customer queries, convert sales, and assist in growing our brand.
About Us:
We run a niche Ecommerce store focused on premium iPhone cases. Our goal is to provide quality products and top-notch service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer queries via email, chat, or social media
- Call customers for RTO (Return to Origin) and abandoned cart follow-ups
- Assist in converting potential leads into successful sales
- Maintain customer satisfaction through professional and friendly support
- Learn and implement marketing and sales strategies to boost store performance
- Work with tools like Shopify, WhatsApp Business, Excel/Sheets, and CRM software (training will be provided)
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and strategies
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally
- A basic understanding of eCommerce and online shopping behavior
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Internship Details:
- Role: Customer Support & Sales Intern
- Duration: 3–6 months (extendable or convertible to full-time based on performance)
- Stipend: 10000 per month + performance-based incentives
- Start Date: Immediately
