- Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries, provide product information, and ensure a smooth support experience for our clients in the building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Provide accurate product details, pricing, and availability information.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams for order updates and delivery.
- Follow up with clients for payments and feedback.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/software regularly.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent support service.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an advantage).
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
