Position : Customer Support Intern

Roles & Responsibilities :
You'll assist in handling customer queries across multiple channels. This internship is perfect for someone interested in fashion, e-commerce, and delivering great customer experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Support customers with order, return, and payment queries
- Share product catalogs and assist in order creation
- Collect customer feedback and help prepare reports
- Communicate brand policies and product info clearly
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong English communication skills
- Interest in fashion or e-commerce
- Calm, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Basic digital tools knowledge (Google Sheets, Email, etc.)
