Job Title: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide effective customer support for international clients.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensure adherence to quality and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts if required).
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
