We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Executive with 0 to 1 year of experience who will be the first point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Customer Interaction
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and chat support professionally and promptly.
- Assist customers with queries related to products/services, processes, or issues.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
✅ Issue Resolution
- Record and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily.
✅ Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on common issues and customer feedback.
✅ Process Improvement
- Identify recurring concerns and suggest improvements in support procedures.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Communications, Business, or Customer Service).
✔ Experience: 0 to 1 year in customer service/support (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
✔ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Hindi.
✔ Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Google Sheets, and email handling.
✔ Soft Skills: Empathy, patience, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude.
