Role and Responsibilities – Customer Support Executive
● Coordinates with the customers by replying emails.
● Answers customer calls for end-to-end resolution of all issues.
● Communication with the team for timely resolution.
Skills/Competencies required:
▪ An eye for detail.
▪ Head for numbers.
▪ Analytical bent of mind.
▪ Understanding co-relation between data (input vs. output)
▪ Drive for results and pro-activeness
▪ 1 Year experience in customer support
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Graduate in any stream.
