Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our support team. The Customer Support Executive will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, identifying the root cause, and offering effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic technical proficiency and comfort with CRM tools, chat software, or ticketing systems.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
