Key Responsibilities:
- Attend inbound calls from Domestic Customers.
- Explain products/services and persuade potential customers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide resolutions professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and update customer details.
- Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Follow standard scripts, company policies, and call etiquettes.
